Below is some important information relating to customs advice for international shipments.
1. Will I have to pay custom charges when sending a parcel overseas?
This depends on the destination and the item that you are sending through our courier service. If the item incurs duty and taxes, our transport provider will contact you directly.
If any charges are to be paid these will need to be paid by the receiver.
If you have any questions please feel free to call or email us at any time. We can be contacted on 1300 918 372 or contact@ship2anywhere.com.au
2.Describing the contents of your goods for international packages.
Try and describe your goods in as much detail as you can.
For example " Sale" is not full description. You must state what the item is e.g clothing, book or computer etc.
To avoid delays try to enter every item that you are sending individually.
3. Entering the value of the goods being sent.
When you are sending goods to international destinations you must enter the replacement value of the goods being sent.
