Look no further; you can now use Ship 2 Anywhere to send your laptops and mobile phones internationally.

When sending items with lithium batteries, you must take note to the following packaging instructions.

  • Remove the batteries from the phone or laptop if removable.
  • Wrap the batteries separately and pack in the same parcel.
  • Wrap each item thoroughly.
  • If possible warp in bubble wrap.
  • Make a note on the commercial invoice and packaging, that lithium batteries are included in the parcel contents.

There are a number of further restrictions to take note. Firstly not all countries allow electronics goods to be imported. If you want to send a laptop or a mobile phone please contact us and ask if your destination is acceptable.  Lastly you may not send any electronic items that have faulty batteries.

If you are considering sending a mobile phone or battery and are not sure about the restrictions please contact us on 1300 918 372.
