  2. The large menu bar at the top of the Dashboard allows you to quickly move to one of the main workflow sections of the site. The boxes also indicate the number of orders and shipments you have processed.
  3. For any order, click on the Order Reference to see full details.
  4. The 'View' button will also take you to full details of the relevant order.

Ship2Anywhere | Parcel Forwarding

The 'Parcel Forwarding' page allows you to manage parcels ordered in the USA for forwarding to Australia or any other country in our network.

At the top of the page is your personal USA address (1). This is the address you should have US- based online retailers ship your goods to.

The main table on this page summarises all your current and past shipments. Features of the table include:

  • Click the small arrows in any column header (2) to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order.
  • The second row of the table (3) allows you to filter which orders appear in the table. Enter your search criteria into one or more rows then click 'Search' to see the results. Enter further criteria and click 'Search' again to see the refined results. Click 'Reset' to start again.
  • Specific details included in this table include the origin of the package, its tracking number, whether or not it can be combined with other packages for forwarding and its current status with our warehouse.
  • On any row, click the invoice number (4) or the 'View' button (5) to see details of that package, including an item description and product image.
  • For parcels awaiting shipment from your US address, click the 'Ship' button (6) in any row to open the 'Package Details' page and complete details and payment for your forwarded shipment. Where the warehouse is still awaiting the arrival of a package from the retailer, the 'Ship' button will be inactive.
  • Click the 'Track' button on any row (7) to track the progress of that package.

At the bottom of this page are three additional buttons:

  • The 'Add Incoming Package' button (8) allows you to add to your account (and advise our warehouse) the details of a package you have just ordered.
  • The 'Combine Packages' button (9) allows you to, where available, combine packages into an individual forwarded shipment to reduce shipping costs. To combine two or more orders, check that the orders are marked 'Yes' in the 'Can it be combined' column of the table. Select the relevant packages using the checkboxes on the left of the table (10), then click the 'Combine Packages' button (9). A dialog box will open warning you that combining these shipments will be irreversible and that no further packages can be added to this combined shipment after confirmation. Click the 'Yes, Combine it' button to confirm.
  • Use the 'Delete' button in conjunction with the checkboxes (10) to remove received items from your account.

Click the 'Tools' button (12) to download a copy of your order list in PDF, MS Excel (XLS) or CVS format.

Ship2Anywhere | My Profile

The 'My Profile' page is accessed via the small down arrow at the top right of screen (1). Also available via this dropdown menu is your address book (for the storage of frequently used addresses with your account), the ability to take your Dashboard to full screen, and the ability to log out of your account.

Within the 'My Profile' area you can update your contact details (2), add and remove credit cards associated with your account (3), change your password (4) and adjust your personal settings (5). At this time the only setting is the ability to turn on thermal label printing for those customers using Toll Ipec as a carrier and who have access to a thermal printer.

After making any changes, click the green 'Save' button (6) to ensure your changes are saved.
